Refund Policy

 

Purchases made by non-wholesaling account holders

We offer free 30 day returns!*

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, go to our Returns and Claims page. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

 

*Exceptions 

Apparel and customized products are not returnable. This includes items such as custom school kits, regardless of contents, backpacks with school logos, ect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item online.

 

 

Purchases made by wholesaling account holders 

To ensure prompt handling of your returns, please follow these guidelines:

  • Request for returns will only be accepted if submitted no later then thirty (30) days from the date items/packages were received at the customer's location. 
  • Please email us at Info@ShopMTProducts.com with Return as your subject line. (No returns without prior authorization) Within the email please include:
    • Purchaser's name
    • Invoice number
    • Item(s) wanting to return
    • Reason for return
  • If your return is accepted, the items may be sent to us. Please address your package(s) as follows:

  • Returns must be sent to us freight pre-paid, we do not cover return shipping costs. Upon request, we can purchase a label on your behalf, and deduct the cost from the refund amount.
  • Our Returns Department will make a determination of whether to issue a store credit, replace item(s), or refund to the original payment method.
  • *We reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee (up to 50% for custom kits). Customized items (i.e. backpacks with a logo) are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no cost before they have gone to production. After an order has gone into production, or production is completed, then the order may be canceled, but will be treated as a return and all policies outlined in our return policy will apply. If a product is customized (Such as backpacks) then they are not returnable and the customer will be billed for the full purchase price, regardless if the customers chooses to accept delivery of the items. 

 

In the event that the order contains a kit, which has already been completed (Packaged by production), then the cancellation will be treated as a return and all potential restocking fees will be applicable. 

 

 

Damages and issues

Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

 

 

 

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

MT Products LLC ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

MT Products LLC only collects sales tax within the state of Florida and is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order outside of Florida. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

MT Products LLC is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If the package you received is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Declared Value

Wholesaling account holders

All wholesale shipments are shipped through UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  UPS automatically provides a $100 declared value. At the purchaser's request, the actual value for any shipments may be declared, up to $50,000 per label. When your account is opened, please notify us if you would like us to declare the actual value for all of your shipments.

The purchaser will be charged for all additional shipping charges. If the account is on net 30 terms, additional charges will be reflected on final invoice. If the account is on due on receipt terms, additional charges will be estimated at time invoice is sent, rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.

Whether or not the purchaser elects to purchase shipping insurance, MT Products LLC is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping.   

 

Non-Wholesaling account holders

All Shipments include carrier insurance for the amount of the products purchased. This additional cost is already included in the shipping cost paid by you. 

In the event that your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us so that we may open a case with the carrier. Every situation is different, and MT Products LLC cannot control what decisions are made as to claims with carriers. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise, and deliver you your products.
